1. edit the table-config.php file
2. insert <? include("table.include.php");?> into the php file that you want the table to appear in. take a look at rates.php for an example
3. upload all file to your server.
4. goto http://path/to/your/table/table-admin.php
5. enter your password
6. add content to your table
7. logout to be returned to the page where the table is located (assuming that you have changed everything in the table-config.php file
